We guarantee our products against defects in workmanship, which includes:

• Seams and stitching coming apart due to a manufacturing defect
• Zippers that stop working due to poor craftsmanship
• Structural integrity failures that occur under normal use

While we stand by our craftsmanship, some things are beyond our control. Here’s what isn’t covered under the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scuffs, scratches, and stains that naturally occur with use.
• Misuse and extreme damage: If you decide to test your laptop sleeve’s durability by running it over with a truck, it won't be covered by our policy.
• Accidental damage: If you drop it, throw it, or let your dog chew it, that’s not covered.
• Lost or stolen products: Our warranty doesn’t cover products that mysteriously vanish or end up in a different postcode.
• Damage to items inside the product: while our cases and sleeves are designed to protect, we do not take responsibility for broken laptops, tablets, or phones that were inside the product when damage occurred.

We stand by our craftsmanship, and if your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.
